    To Whom It May Concern:
Can a reality show be produced in which consists of people re-establishing and re-colonizing the island? The people must either learn how to be bilingual (Japanese and English)or, already be bilingual. The people who will occupy and rebuild the island will consist of retired and/or unemployed: plumbers; electricians; construction-workers; janitors; engineers; teachers; interior designers; doctors; nurses; pharmacists; pharmacy technicians; clean-up crews; and, people with many other various kinds of skills.

I’m interested in knowing more about the island such as the climate. Is it a lot like Okinawa is far as climate and atmosphere is concerned? Can it be colonized and modernized?
