The contents of my Moleskine pocket

February 7th, 2009 by rbanks

I’ve made a habit of ripping up magazines and cutting stuff out to stick in my Moleskine sketchbook, which has a handy pocket in the back just for this purpose. Mostly the stuff I collect are shots of things that simply look cook, products that are interesting or just beautifully made.

I seem to have a bit of a backlog that no longer fits in the book. I have to keep them in a small ziplock bag in my backpack. I thought I’d take them out and take a quick shot. Sorry it’s a bit fuzzy when you look at the larger versions.

The title of this post sounds naughty. ;-) I love that you do things continuously to inspire yourself and keep ideas flowing. It’s such a great practice for a designer. Wish I were as good about it!
